Anyone ever done a fast over multiple days?

I did a 3-day fast a couple weeks ago. No food, limiting water + salt intake to maybe 4 hours a day. Also been doing IF around that for the past month or so. I've lost a lot of weight so far.

All of a sudden after I specifically broke the 3-day fast I started craving a ****ton of sweets and sugary stuff, when I wasn't before.

Before I was addicted to salty, fatty, protein-rich foods with maybe some breads throughout. Now I'm craving sugary garbage all the time. Sweet stuff beyond fruits too, like cookies and cake and all.

Any ideas why the sudden shift in tastes?

Also I did have my blood glucose checked and it's the same it has always been.
