You all realize that obsessing over lifting is pretty autistic, right?

I say this as a guy who started lifting seriously back when I was 17 years old and was totally obsessed with it forever. Still love it, but I can't help but admit that stuff like going to the gym 5+ days a week for 2+ hours a session for lifting is pretty damn autismo unless it's for sports/income in some fashion.

There is nothing wrong with obsessing with bodybuilding until and unless you don't really overdo it or it starts to effect your health negatively..but usually people with fair amount of free time indulge in that…moderation is the key….going overboard does not make much difference…
