Monday Misc Lifting Discussion Thread (Arm Day/Vids/Diet Update/Post W/O Meal Pics)
Today is the beginning of my second week of maintenance diet after losing a considerable amount of weight. It's also the first day of summer vacation for me, so I'll probably be posting lifting threads every god damn day. I know how happy this will make a few of my friends here.
It's expected to gain 5-10 pounds following a restrictive diet (from sodium/glycogen, etc). I ended my 15.5 week deficit at 215.2, and after the first couple of days of maintenance, I was sitting at 218-220. I've been holding steady for the past 4-5 days. Doing 30 min of cardio 5x weekly.
Eating 3300 kcal
Approx.
300g protein
450g carbs
40g fat
Bodyweight 218.2
Bike 30 min.
EZ Barbell Extensions 5 sets
EZ Barbell Curls 4 sets
Press-downs 3 sets
BB Wrist Curl 3 sets
BB Reverse Wrist Curl 3 sets
BB Preacher Curl 3 sets
