Grab a big bowl and throw in beans corn rice jalapenos sour cream cheese guacamole tortilla chips hot sauce ground beef, mix it up boom done. You gave authentic delicious mexican food like at Chipotle.

I never liked "authentic mexican food" because its just gross SLOP. served various ways. Even when I'm in AZ surrounded by 10,000 mexican food places, I refuse toe at mexican shit.

Specifically things like Chipotle bowls/burritos are pretty low effort. I feel scammed paying for things like that (even before they started skimping on portions).

It's not hard to marinate some chicken breast and throw them on the grill.
