Misc taught me how to make jerky long time ago

It has been years and I decided to try it again. Tasted amazing but no one told me higher fat beef would have fat dripping like crazy. I should have taken a picture but there was a puddle of fat and it was disgusting to clean off.

Mirin' hard. That's the great thing about the misc. The brahs here have immense knowledge, they can be very helpful in uplifting other brahs. You just have to filter through the trash to get it sometimes.

The ground beef I got was $3.72/lb and each piece has 340 calories. Perfect if you have trouble getting your calories in. Its hard not to eat more

Yea you're supposed to buy like bottom or top round steak. The leanest cuts. The slow cooking breaks them down so you can easily eat them, and it has that really good beefy flavor. They're cheap cuts too.

i always throw some pinnaple rings on there when i make mine, dried pinnapple is tasty.
