Going to the Va hospital to get treated for frustrations

Idk misc I have been dealing with frustrations and it’s an uneasy feeling . Going to see a therapist or a counselor

There is like a 6 month wait for any new psychiatrists in my area. Are you just showing up to the hospital ER in VA?
