That cop has some good ass aim he fired off rapid fire and hit the guy before he could jump the fence, the suspect survived plus he is a Cholo and not black so there will be no outrage

for some odd reason blacks dont have common sense, they do thug things and dont understand why they get beat or shot by cops, common sense suggests do not resist arrest, do not be rude, show your ID and move along its quick and easy, but they always have to make something so simple so difficult. Preach, brother. Having lived in the same area as you for over 20 years we know exactly how most of the black people there act and the whites and the brown, go a little west and even the Asians lol. Not everyone is the same but you can easily profile in that area of so cal. Not only can you profile but it will save your ass.
