Good lord. A 2000 point drop from the get go.
Seems like global markets might tank this week. Get your puts ready for tomorrow.

Was wondering why when I just checked gold/silver/bitcoin everything was dropping hard. Always check the Japan market after.
Chit is going to get a little weird. Election coming up, interest rates dropping starting sept, huge losses in AI and tech market, tons of layoffs, multiple wars, etc.
Buckle up everybody. It's going to be a bumpy ride!

Japan’s TOPIX index was down over 6% yesterday, and is now down an additional six percent today.
This is the largest two day drop in Japan’s stock market history.
The TOPIX is down 14% in five days, and US Futures are down at the moment.

damn son what the piss ? If our major index, the DOW, dropped by 6% in one day it would be like over 2300 pts down…..i'm pretty sure that's enough to flip the switches greenspan put in after the infamous crash of 87, i can never remember at what percentages those are triggered….6% is huge for an index of ass

All the juice are pulling out until there's war with Iran and then you'll see the markets bounce back.

LOL at everyone thinking AI was going to replace jobs and getting excited over it's impact. It's basically a glorified Google search engine and fake female image tool at its peak hahaha

Gold has a chance of tanking as well…
When **** hits the fan, people want affordable assets. Real money. Real things. Bitcoin and eth are nothing. Completely overpriced and just a ponzi scheme overall.
Hard to manipulate metals when the markets burn to the ground, wars are waging, banks and countries are stocking up on it, and we have a nation debt of 35 trillion and we added another 127 billion overnight out of nowhere.
Stock up on metals baby. Protect your assets.

payment for high interest rates are coming due
BTC down to 53k
pepper your angus to HODL… possibly x5 years in Kamala wins
on the positive (or negative) deflation will be real, the problem is nobody will have jobs to buy the deflated products

Nikkei 225 is still +3% YTD after this drop, it won’t be a straight line down
Needing to hike interest rates should be a sign of good things really but Japan is also doing a chitton of quantitative tightening right
