just go there 3 times per week
do a few sets with many reps light weight
dont eat sugars
profit
meanwhile i hit the gym 6 per week
squat 4-5 times heavy
doing pulls and swt
being tired and got belly fat that prevent me to achieve alpaness

switch the light weights for heavy ass weights and yea i'd agree
