Anyone here ever been to a few singles event?

Places where women set up to meet men. Seems like it would be a sausage fest, but I've heard these events tend to not have any men.

Idk if you have any friends (probably not) but if you go you should go with a friend and tell every girl that you’re just there to support your friend who’s recently out of a break up but maybe can be friends or something.

The girls there don’t want to settle for guys that are as desperate as them so if they can lie to themselves and tell themselves that you weren’t really there for the event, then they really met you organically, not through the event

When I tried dating apps I got invites for singles events in my area. You look at the list of attendees and yeah the men outnumber the women like 13 to 1. Women complaining that men don't show up to them is highly suspicious.

Also if women can't be satisfied with men on dating apps they wouldn't be any different during speed dating events. Give women the feeling they have seemingly unlimited options and they will spend all their time looking for perfection

Think of the mentality a woman would have to have to go to one of these things and then you'll know why men avoid them.

- Women who are the constant "planner type" who always has to have something scheduled. Control freaks, essentially. Avoid like HIV.
- Women that are likely past their prime and can't do online dating because they either lack the know-how or the looks to post pics and get matches. Avoid like HIV.
- Women that trust in any system they perceive must know better than them. "Gee these singles meet ups must be well organized" etc. No critical thinking skills, avoid like HIV.

I think a lot of ya'll fail to realize how hard it is for women to meet the right man though. A man that meets her criteria and not gonna smash and dash. What are they supposed to do? Should they start cold approach us at the grocery store?

I don't really care what TikTok says. It might have been a fluke, or maybe she was full of ****. A lot of women will exaggerate such things to try and stir up an outcome or give off a particular impression. A woman will say there are barely any men there because the men who did show up (and there could have been a lot) didn't meet her requirements so saying NO men showed up is her way of getting more men to show up….even though there were plenty

It's like if a woman says she and her friends go out and omg there's like NO men here! Nevermind that most establishments have a Ladies Night where they need to give women free drinks so they will show up
