Look, both Christians and Muslims did Jews dirty, at different times, but Islam from the beginning, when Jews refused to convert to Islam, and Mohammed killed them. The Christian Inquisition came way later. In the 1930's and 40's, Arab/Muslim countries expelled nearly all Jews, and kept their lands and businesses.
Militant Islam is a threat to Jews today, targeting them in scores of countries, and many Muslim countries won't allow Israelis in. Christianity today is no threat to Jews, unless you feel threatened by them handing you a pamphlet, or asking you to accept Jesus Christ as your savior.
That should make the answer clear.

Used to work with a muslim from egypt. Of course the topic of jews and such came upi and he took the time to explain why they really dont like them.
Funny though that when a jewish customer came in they would get along great and work together on the deal because they were from the same part of the world and understood each other.
Thought that was interesting.

In the past it would have been Muslims. The Ottomans were more welcoming of Jews than many parts of Christian Europe back then. Though it was very much only on the condition that Jews were a small minority, paid the jizya and kept their mouths shut. There were still massacres of Jews every few decades or so as well.
Right now it's obviously Christians. Pretty much every single Muslim country has between 70% and 99% of its population bitterly hating Jews according to polls, and they aren't really allowed anywhere in the Muslim world.
Christian America and its support for Israel + acceptance of Jewish refugees helped this too.
