Strengthening my back added 1 inch to my height

Crazy chit. For the past 10ish years, I’ve been just a hair shy of 6’3’”. Apparently by strengthening my back I’m now 6’4”.

Now I know why the ladies are all over me nowadays…

I was 5'10" before deadlifting

All the ladies hanging off me might drag my height back down though

Honestly I didn’t know this was possible. I did always have a curved back, but just kinda thought that’s how it was going to be.

can women really tell a difference of an inch? More than likely you gained confidence at your inch increase which reflected in your attitude and personality and that's what attracted more women to you.

Yes well all I can say is congratulations and stay clear of chipotle restaurants as going there puts you in danger of accidentally following a HTC lady after she has used the gender neutral bathroom and belligerently farted out a grotesque grundle gremlin that has clogged the toilet to such a degree that it requires several hours of aggressive plungering with your destiny’s child live in Anaheim 1995 tshirt pulled up over your nose which will come with the additional sacrifice of at least a one inch height reduction due to exertion in a hunched over stance

what are you saying, that strengthening your back improved your posture and reduced the curvature of your spine? what do you even mean by strengthening, deadlifting?
