I found the ideal training split

Monday: Chest, Back and Shoulders
Tuesday: Arms and Legs

Wednesday: Off

Thursday: Chest, Back and Shoulders
Friday: Arms and Legs

Saturday: Off
Sunday: Off

**************

Each muscle group gets trained twice a week, with three days a week off for the muscles to grow. What do you guys think?

I train at home also.

A simple push/pull routine 3 days a week.

It gives me enough time to recover.

That’s entirely up to the individual. Advanced lifters would do more sets, beginners would do less.

You do chest and back and your arms are recovered enough the next day?
Cool if it works for you.

I haven’t tried this yet, someone told me about it a couple of years ago and I just remembered tonight
