Looks like it stalled…stick shaker probably going crazy. I think you're supposed to point the nose down and give it full throttle but easier said than done sitting on my couch playing qb on a Monday.

This isn't true. The peak of retirements hit in late 2021. Many airlines aren't hiring at all these days.

Also, they're not outsourcing to foreign countries. What would be the point, when they can't pay foreign guys less - it's all unionized and pay is based on seniority. Plus pilots need to speak fluent unaccented English.
