Summer is ~93 days from June 20th - September 22nd. So we're technically a few days over halfway through it. If you're trying to get leaner you could go sober and cut with great results by early-mid September, however there will be just a few days left before Fall, and before you know it you'll be covering yourself up in warmer clothes all day anyways. IMO the ship has sailed to "try to get a better bod for the Summer" if you're just starting today.

Sober October is kinda fun, and I see it typically has popularity on the misc every year. So if you want the extra push, and people that are working on it simultaneously to converse with, that's a good time as well.
