1300 ng/dl total test, 28.6 ng/dl free test at 31 yrs old
I have 1300 ng/dl total test, 28.6 ng/dl free test at 31 yrs old, confirmed via blood test in the morning
I do not take any exogenous (sp?) testosterone, but take supplements for health (vitamin d, k, stuff like that)
In my mid 20s, i had 1100 total test but did not test for free test
I have been weightlifting just twice a week, no cardio except martial arts 2x/week, electric biking 1-2x/week, and walking 10k+ steps daily. I try to eat somewhat healthy by avoiding seed oils (olive/coconut/tallow instead of canola), and eating red meat and foods without anti nutrients (sprouted grains instead of whole grains, stuff like that). I am more fit now than I was in my mid 20s
super high testosterone is probably not ideal, and not even helpful since muscles depend on genetics and androgen receptor sensitivity; I am not super muscular or lean… I have an alright physique according to my standards
This is not a brag thread… again i do not have a super impressive physique, do not have a massive dong, or get super super hard morning wood. I thought this was an interesting data point
IIRC correctly blood can get pretty thick with high test. I'm sure a lot of TRTcels have to donate blood. I donate blood because I get high iron.
Anyone have a similar situation?

So, in other words, tons of cardio?
