Amidst crazy housing costs and inflation, what are some up and coming cities?
It seems like the coasts are for MOGGERS only and the mountains are looking to be that way too. So it's probably best you move or else you're stuck becoming a poorcel. The goal is an up and coming City that not many know about, thus has a low cost of living, all the amenities, and young sloots.
What cities have you been to there are relatively unknown, but you feel like it was a good place to potentially move to?
To get started, I've seen Detroit mentioned more and more. Huntsville, Birmingham, Columbus and Cincinnati are also some honorable mentions too. I've never been to these places, but I've heard good things.

I’d say cities in the Great Lakes region due to climate and affordability (Milwaukee, Detroit, Minneapolis, Chicago, Madison).

Some folks have mentioned the rust belt.
