I bought some yams last week, and when I cooked them for a second time I noticed some mold spots that I cut off.

I’ve been experiencing dizziness and some slight vertigo upon standing, and I’ve been trying to figure out what caused it.

Could it have been the yams? I’ve cut down on salt thinking that might be the cause, but I really don’t know what’s causing the dizziness.

Can moldy yams cause something like this?
