Cooking eggs in butter has been a game changer.

Dam how come no one ever mentions this hack

I used to cook my chit in olive oil or pam spray and it leaves that eggy smell and taste

Butter removes that off putting smell/taste and adds a ton of flavor

Just need a bit of salt and tobasco(optional) and the taste is wicked

Used to eat eggs once a week and now i'm eating em everyday

Nah feels like it changes the taste of the egg. Just regular corn oil is best.

The heat doesn't pass through olive oil as well as the corn oil.

Are you making scrambled eggs, OP? If so, add in a little creme fraiche too. Makes them very creamy and tasty - just watch the calories.
Back off, Warchild.

Seriously.

Not only butter but some cream cheese too. Just a couple little blobs of it. Put it in the pan with the butter so it sort of melts with it.

Delicious.

Dieticians, health advocates and tv made butter the devil to a lot of us, but then i went to Europe and learned the truth.
They use lots of real butter in their cooking and it tastes amazing.

This is my go to.

Try this and thank me later - melt the butter first and pour it with the eggs then scramble it all together.

Just trust me on this
