Maybe the most important thread you ever read (improve your life)
Almost two weeks ago, my ex dumped me, and it was devastating, especially since she was smoking hot. After the breakup, I was wrecked, but I have to admit that half the reason she left was because I was a miserable person to be around. She loved being with me, but my constant negativity drove her away. I started to question why I was always so miserable and what kept me in that state—it wasn’t normal. Desperate to feel better, I tried various things, but only two really helped: reading and meditation. I began focusing on meditation, particularly guided imagery, prayer meditation, and meditating to mystical music. After about a week of meditating for at least 15 minutes once or twice a day, I genuinely feel something lifting off me—a sense of relief from my chronic bad mood, depression, anxiety, negative thinking, and insecurity.
As a natural bodybuilder, I’ve spent the past 21 years mastering the ability to trigger my adrenaline nearly every day, using it to fuel intense workouts and push through extra reps and heavier weights. Lifting "angry" has been effective in the gym, but what I’m realizing now is that this constant activation of the fight-or-flight response doesn’t just stay in the gym—it carries over into life outside of it. Bodybuilding and powerlifting, while physically empowering, can lead to a chronic state of heightened stress on the nervous system, keeping the body in a lower vibrational state. This prolonged state of stress can result in negative thinking, anxiety, and mental fatigue, overshadowing the benefits of physical strength and trapping the mind and body in a cycle of stress, rather than allowing them to thrive in a state of calm and positive energy.
I now try to only listen to "negative" types of music to pump myself up while I drive to the gym and while I am working out. After my workout, i do some moderate cardio for about 15 minutes and listen to "calming" meditation types of music to really calm down my adrenals/fight or flight response. (This is really important, so that you don't leave the gym in a chit mood. It is a cool down for your mind). I also mediate after my workout before bed or some chit.
Meditation has been scientifically proven to change the brain both internally and externally. Internally, regular meditation enhances the brain's structure by increasing the density of gray matter in areas responsible for memory, learning, and emotional regulation. Externally, these changes manifest as improved focus, reduced stress, and heightened emotional resilience, reflecting a brain more attuned to peace and clarity.
Just be honest with yourself bros, if you feel like chit day in and day out you need to work on your mind. It has helped me and I hope it continues to help. I will stick to meditating for at least 30 minutes a day.
Here are the cliffs:
-My ex dumped me almost two weeks ago, and it was devastating, partly because I was a miserable person to be around.
-I started questioning why I was always so negative and tried various things to feel better.
Reading and meditation were the only things that truly helped, especially guided imagery, prayer meditation, and mystical music.
-As a natural bodybuilder, I realized that constantly triggering my adrenaline for workouts kept me in a chronic fight-or-flight state, leading to stress, anxiety, and negative thinking.
-Now, I listen to "negative" music only for workouts and switch to calming meditation music afterward to calm my adrenals.
-Meditation has scientifically proven benefits for the brain, improving focus, reducing stress, and enhancing emotional resilience.
-I'm committed to meditating for at least 30 minutes a day to continue improving my mental state.

Yeah nice bait and switch op I thought this was going to be a message from Ron. You got me all worked up and excited for nothing. But anyways yeah meditation is good to am extent but be careful of depersonalization.
Also try to limit how much time you spend in negative places like much if the internet. It seems like everyone these days is constantly on the Rage Carousel with what's going on in politics and every day life.
Nobody is terribly happy anymore
But more importantly,

Hi, my name is Ron. I explain to people how simple
it is to make it to heaven. The Lord Jesus Christ
paid for our wrongdoing with his blood, dying on a
cross_†, and in three days Jesus rose from the dead
so we could be forgiven and so that our souls could
go to heaven after our life ends. God describes his
heaven as a beautiful place for all those who will
believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God and what he
did for them. If you believe it, then say, praise the
Lord Jesus❣️ Bye now, thanks for your time (-:
The Lord Jesus Christ saves believers. We have redemption through his blood and the forgiveness of all past sins and even future sins when we mess up.
Holy Bible (Ephesians 1:7)
In whom(Jesus) we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;
Holy Bible (1 John 2:1)
…And if anyone sins, we have an Advocate with the Father(God), Jesus Christ the righteous.
Capture the screen and show or email it to your family and friends because you could be the only way that they will know how to end up in Heaven.

If anything I need to depersonalize. I m way to grounded and focused on the physical. Never my mind.

Reading a book for 15 minutes before you meditate will help to slow your mind down and make meditation easier.
Also, meditate for 30 minutes. You will eventually break from your mind. Make sure you are focusing on breathing and focusing on good energies. It ll eventually come over you like a warm blanket.
Here is a great song to meditate too

I also think about my soul and body melting into the earth sensing the power of the universe.
Today I meditated about beautiful angels and good energies there to guide and protect us
Sometimes the meditation just speaks to you in ways you cant explain. I felt energies charge out of my body or rain into me and give goosebumps
Do with it whatever you want. Guided imageries are a little easier cause they give you direction. When you get better you can just do music or no music even. Reading books about meditation can help.

I hope you give meditation a try. Start with some highly viewed guided imagery on YouTube that are like 20 mins long. When you finally break from your mind and feel it, you will understand.
