Not natty, mainly because that kind of weight destroys your body and there's no way he could recover quickly enough without juice.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

Definitely not a miscer. He's 22-23 years old. No one under 30 here.

Has this inspired you to once again try to reach 300lbs or have you resigned yourself to the twink life?

Also, do you think he could land a kickflip?

Indeed it has. We back. Zero chance he could do a kickflip.

There is some 400lb black dude on youtube that skates and can kickflip I think. He breaks his board on every trick it seems like.

That's his actual brother saying that. But yeah if I saw that I'd be so stoked.

There was some 16 year old that had a legit 800lb raw squat, deep and completely bottomed out. Can't remember his name

He had pretty freak proportions that made him a good squatter. Deadlift was only like 600lbs

Here he is, found him
https://youtube.com/shorts/y0852dHsxy8?feature=shared
Best lifts:
Bench press: 315x5
Squat: 465x1
Strict press: 205x5
Deadlift: 405x13 (conv tap'n'go with straps)

Couldn't recover quickly enough from what? Do you know what his training was like?

Another bloat mogger whose channel you should check out

https://youtu.be/IY0sjIcpw2o?feature=shared

He's a shotput/disc thrower, not a lifter. I think his organs failed cause of how much juice he was taking

Also has an 800lb squat

Why do they always use those flimsy ass racks with that much weight. Almost seems kinda fake tbh that chit should tip over with anything over 500

Honestly wouldn't surprise me

He took a long ass break cause of organ failure. Then came back really briefly for some more workout videos. Then went dark again. Sort his channel by recent, and look at the most recent workout video. Dude's head looks swollen and purple, like his heart already gave out

It's a slowed version of sonne by rammstein.

The band thing was an ab thing where you resist flextion. Palov press or something I think it's called. I don't really train abs lol. Probably should start.

Brootal. I took an oral that starts with "d" for 3 weeks and checked my blood pressure and it was 160/80. I quit that chit with the quickness. Some of these retards eat that chit like candy.

It's really interesting how this guy squats. He's so far forward that it seems like his abs are almost at 45 degrees and he braces them quite a bit.

Arms out pretty far and has zero tension in his upper back as well it seems.

Yeah you see when he does 225lbs he bends over quite a bit before he actually starts to squat down. I always think about starting with my knees first but sometimes end up tipping forward in the bottom. I'm thinking maybe I should intentionally bend over more at the beginning since I'm gonna end up in that position anyway.

I'm pretty sure he gets his upper back as tight as possible for the position his arms are in. Not sure if he can get them in closer at his size. Jesus oliveras is over 400lbs and squats over 1000 and gets his arms in way more though.

bending forward like he does with the bar just resting on his untightened back almost makes it seem like the squat stresses his abdominals and quads much moreso than his glutes.

with traditional powerlifting stance, people tend to keep their knees fixed and back tight and when they squat down the majority of the tension is on their glutes.

I don't think so. Even in a squat like that the prime mover is still the quads. His back is definitely not untightened. That would be impossible with that weight.

look how far apart his arms are though, where's the tightness?

When people are that big, supposedly their gut can press into their legs at the bottom and it helps a little bit there. But he's got a wide stance so not sure if that's what he's doing
