not in horrendous shape but i have a real bad frozen shoulder deal in my trap causing all kinds of imbalances for the past (seemingly since 25) , then I got a slipped disc or something real bad squatting after lockdown and obviously not warming up and being tight from being sedentary all lockdown. i really want to feel good again but there's so many things wrong with my body and they all require money to fix (no chance with UK healthcare waiting lists)

Nah I just lift to stay somewhat jacked and in shape. Bodybuilding is gay. I prefer to get my gay in on the BJJ mats.

Why don't you lift weights instead for 45 minutes instead of posting 3000 threads?

because everything is out of balance and feels real ****. (one trap is raised or something), and it feels like a something stuck in my right trap 24/7. it's no excuse though you're right and mobility will help. it just all feels so **** but yeah it's pussy talk, need to stop listening to my body and just do it

it's from looking down at guitar for 20 years and also gaming (using a mouse) porbably

You know yourself, once you get back into a normal lifting routine your body will adapt and things will balance out somewhat.

Thats literally the same chit that happened to me

I'm 1 year back into lifting again and while I didn't completely fix the imbalance yet, I feel 3500000% better

Just start getting into the habit of going and messing around with machines again

Then you'll eventually start moving onto cables/dbs one exercise at a time and maybe even barbells

The key is to just start going and bsing around. I was doing bitch weight leg press, chest press, curls, pushdowns, lat pulldowns for months and now i'm back to lifting heavy
