not even that; you can easily use AI to solve everything and break it down step by step for you.

Calc 2 was tough, but I'd say Advanced Algebra/Pre-Calc was MUCH harder because the little algebra involved in Calculus is basic chit (mostly the FToC and binomial expansion), and algebraic functions were mostly given to you as formulas on a cheat sheet, so you really didn't have to memorize them. I had always been a bit of a loner when it came to studying, but with Calc 2, I HAD to go to the professors office hours and attend study groups to get a different perspective/help. Especially with Sequences and Series.

Calc 1 was tough because it was all about learning a new concept.

Calc 2 was really tough because it was a continuation of those new concepts.

Calc 3 was a piece of cake because it was everything you learn from Calc 1 and 2 into one class….but in the 3rd dimension. That is when the math actually started becoming relevant to real life applications which made it more interesting to learn.

I attended the first week of a Differential Equations class, but realized I didn't need it so I dropped it, but it didn't seem that hard judging the material on the syllabus.

You're going back to pre-calc from calc 2, or you're going back to calc 1?

It's so good. I play around with it sometimes.

I really wish I had it when I was in college.

das it mayne, those Khan academy vids saved my ass numerous times with differential equasions etc when I'd skipped too many classes that semester

Calc is the deciding course on whether you should be a math major. If you have a hard time in Calc 2 you are done in grad school.

Taking MS and PhD courses in Probability where you are integrating, good luck.

This pretty much sums it up. Calc 3 I dare say was enjoyable. Physics follows the same path where physics 1 is fun because mechanics is easy and applicable, physics 2 is a pain in the ass because it's electricmagnetic fields and then physics three is fun again because it's quantum mechanics.

Calc 2 is by far the hardest

It's not even a debate tbh

The integration techniques take tons of practice to execute correctly and even more time to identify how to solve a specific integral

It's pretty much the final boss math class that weeds out retards that aren't built for STEM

Math is not real.

There is no such thing as calculus 2.
