Fried Rice and Tilapia Dinner

Anyone else have a Blackstone? The sauce on the fish is Kinder's Japanese BBQ

never seen tilapia cut that way, in fact i think I've only seen salmon tht way

Life is good with a griddle. I've got a 36 inch Blackstone and shrimp fried rice is one of my favs.


Never done the Tilapia on it, may try cause that is looking might tasty.

Salmon is good as well. Steak i wouldn't really recommend. I like a grill for steak.
