Definitely, maybe. The father and daughter have a really sweet relationship.

I like Jingle all the way (Father & son)

The bit where the kids says something like "that's my dad" always gets me in the feels for some reason.

Abigail Breslin, long before becoming fat in "Zombieland: Double Tap" (2019), after Little Miss Sunshine(2006) and before Nim's Island (2008) My Sister's Keeper (2009) Zombieland (2009), was a prime kid star, my favorite!!

Found a used DVD on Amazon at a decent price.

Will soon watch it!!

One of the best, a coming-of-age and legal drama, the two genres that are exactly what I love.

Also, my mother (89) loved Gregory Peck when she was young and watched it on TV many times. My fond memory.

Kaz, True Lies with Arnold is decent, although you could possibly also call it a 'family' movie, but the father/daughter movie element is definitely there.

Not necessarily father/daughter, but the relationship between Creasy and Pita is kinda like one, and it's one helluva movie.
