30 is still young.


You're really not old until you hit late 40s and even then you can still be in great shape. At 48 - 49 I'm probably hoping on trt. Srs.

My fiances dad is 56 and hes jack3d as fukk. Has tons of energy. Mogs everywhere he goes. Srs. That dude inspires me. I just turned 34 last week.

I turn 34 in October. I really need to lose weight now, no way I should be fat in my prime years. If I can reach my weight goals and then stay fut and strong throughout my 60s I'd be happy. I'm unsure about Tong Kat Ali vs trt, but I want to see where my current genetics lead me

Yeah Ive noticed the last couple of years things getting a little more difficult. Need slightly more rest time, need to be slightly better about how I eat, etc etc.

The extra rest time is the biggest thing Ive noticed.
