Anthology shows are like series where each episode is different and they aren't all one big story

The showrunners from this are the same people who made love death robots, which was another fantastic animated anthology series.

So far I believe Idris Elba will be a space marine in the Warhammer episode, and Keanu reeves is in the armored core episode.

It's a great way to gauge interest for more video game media content. Super excited.

God of War in an anime style would be absolutely goated over some phaaagy movie or tv show. Set the show between his time post god of war 3 and before 2018 and you have a wealth of stories to tell.

well the argument is made that you're paying 70 bucks for a video game that's full of cutscenes and press x to do cool move with no "gameplay" vs paying that 10-20 buck to watch it for "free" on a sub service.



I just hope this chit isnt 10 minutes or something and it's actually meaty with 1hr episodes.

Interesting argument considering I think most gamers are Sub Gamers now. I haven't purchased a game since PS+ Extra came to existence, let alone pay full price for one. And then factor in games accused of this actually have tons of great gameplay and the statement is just ignorant Boxcels cope that has no true validity.

You mean it's weird how someone could be excited to see high level production animation based on the video games they love?

Yeah bro I am excited to see the studio who did love, death, robots….. Some of the most awesome animated sci fi I've ever seen, have a run at some video game episodes.

Theres a slight (massive) difference between playing a game full of cutscenes, and watching media that is not a video game.
