He has several different subsidiaries of FTX that are not US regulated. However, he does have FTX.US which also filed for bankruptcy, which is US regulated.

the amount of idiots that just blindly wired him millions or hundreds of millions of other people's money they were entrusted with was pretty shocking. all because they saw some celebs endorse him and think it must be legit. lol at him basically making up his own coin and paying himself in it the books were all fake. Who knows who funneled the money we will probably never get told the truth, intel agencies probably used it to fund black ops, just which country we will probably never know.

Yeah, a few pages back I went into how the VCs did zero due diligence. And then when it collapsed, they all came out and said they performed rigorous due diligence on FTX before they invested. But they seemed to have missed the lack of Board of Directors, CFO, audited financial statements, etc. Just Lmao.
