He has several different subsidiaries of FTX that are not US regulated. However, he does have FTX.US which also filed for bankruptcy, which is US regulated.

Yeah $40m in the midterms made him the 2nd largest dem donor. Then he had another guy in his company donate $29 or $30m to R's in the midterms. I could have sworn he donated big in 2020 too. That could have been his mother's PAC though that donated over $100m+ in 2020.

Plus, he had pledged $100m+ in 2024. Additionally, he also donated to media outlets, as well. Which is why he is getting softball coverage right now.

Yeah, a few pages back I went into how the VCs did zero due diligence. And then when it collapsed, they all came out and said they performed rigorous due diligence on FTX before they invested. But they seemed to have missed the lack of Board of Directors, CFO, audited financial statements, etc. Just Lmao.
