What is the context of that lone white girl being surrounded by a bunch of black people, being instigated to fight?


Knowing what I know about black girls in schools, if I had to pick which one of the two was mouthing off and bullying the other, I would bet all my money the black girl was mouthing off and bullying the white girl, and the white girl got peer pressured into participating in their ghetto fight culture.

That was the point.

Nobody knows the context. He's talking about putting video in context, and I pointed out it could be anything, including a scenario in which the girl was bullied and peer pressured into fighting.

I agree with all this. The girl should be charged with attempted murder. But I don't understand this how people look at the Daniel penny guy and think that killing the black dude was somehow legally justified. He had the right to detain the guy who was a threat. But he didn't have the right to choke him til he died, Which is why involuntary manslaughter is the appropriate charge.

Nevermind the fact, even if the white girl "swung first", I am 99.99999999999% the black girl was mouthing off, bullying the white girl and the white girl probably got peer pressured into accepting a fight. The other black girls probably egging it on.
