So, attaining your own new digs and smashing new pussy?

slowly building up endurance, jogged 5 laps today for the first time since high school. mostly i just jog for endurance one day, run the mile for speed the next, and alternate like that. hope to add a lap to endurance days every 2 weeks and get the mile time down to 7 minutes. i'm sure it'll come as the weight comes off, just gotta stay consistent.

also hurt my shoulder somehow, been a few days no lifting, hopefully it'll be okay for chest day tomorrow.

how was everyones weekend
I started biking in the summer for cardio and I understand the runner's high now. I worked at a camp and designed a program around biking and exercise and dropped at least 8% bf in 6 weeks. Looking into buying a road bike for next summer

Started biking this summer too. Went for the road bike right away. Pants don't feel like they're about to explode when I sit down anymore. In Aug I would get winded running across the street. Two weeks ago climbed a 1000 metre mountain. Was in intense pain by the time I reached the top but still felt great. Cycling up hills is some insane cardio, got any mountains near you?

That has nothing to do with the weight.

I'm fat as fukk, but I don't play with myself every time I piss. Pissing is the only time I am not playing with myself, tho.

Well update on the update. She wanted to chat on the phone so we did, she talked a lot, some good others not. Still don't know exactly what she wants in a relationship because she explained like 4 different things.

Asked girl 2 for some advice because we agreed to be friends because we need more of the opposite sex. She couldn't explain either and suggested I avoid girl 1 for several reasons. Then we talked a bit more and I realized one thing

So the stories will continue for now.

Your still young, bruv. Navigating all of this gets easier with age and experience.

And I'll let you in on a secret. Despite what the Misc tells you, getting pussy only gets significantly easier in your 30s. So, the light at the end of the tunnel isn't necessarily a train.

Have been away from Canada for the past 3 years now. Will be returning early next year. Have spent a total of 7 years in Toronto, Canada. After being away from Canada for such a long period of time, I've come to this conclusion;

There is no place like Canada. People hate on the Canadian weather but what I've come to realize is that the Weather is what makes Canadian's the greatest people on Earth. Take Toronto for example. It's a metropolitan city where 8 months out of the year you have to face adverse weather conditions. 6 of those months with snow piercing winds and frost. What I observed during my time in Canada, is how everyone's looking forward to the summer during winter but when it's summer time and a few weeks go by, I met people who'd go "Yeah enough of this sweaty bull****, I want my unbearable weather back"

During those cold, bleak months when life only flourishes indoors and outside seems like a giant pit of black and white, a layer of "Grey" covering every inch and yet you see people treading through those conditions with their colorful jackets and printed scarves basically not giving a **** that these lands weren't meant to be a Metropolis.

Warmth doesn't shape a Human being, It's the absence of Light and Warmth that shows what a Man's really capable of and IMO it is this very reason why Canadian's are the most humble beings on the planet because they truly know what it takes to "Survive"

I love Canada and I can't wait to return. 416 for life!

Naw it's not about the constant smashing. Girl 2 seems like serious relationship material and I missed the chance to ask her out for now because I'm beta as fuuk. So until that opportunity comes up

Also why does it always have to be guys asking out girls. Like come out she even said she was interested, she could have asked as well.

Richards red was my beer of choice for my first 10 yrs of drinking. Now it makes me drink too much. I have only ever puked from Rickards. Well… In terms of beer.

I'm not much of a beer drinker. Actually I hate of the stuff I've tried, but Rickard's red and Sleeman honey brown are great.

Here is where my experience and advice become useless. I don't know a thing about what most would consider a "serious relationship".

Actually, nothing I do is all that serious.

Back to fatness for winter, never took "progress" pics because it was just 40 hour work weeks. Thinking about starting boxing or powerlifting (I know, pretty much polar opposites… but I just need something to do for the winter)

No mountains around here, but we have some decent hills that are built for mountain biking with trails. I prefer riding through the parks and on public paths, it seems like less of a workout that way while you still reap the benefits

if 8% is 25lbs then I lost probably 5%. It was significant though, definitely noticable. I'd say about 15-18 pounds over 6 weeks.

Not that short. I know some gyms but that's generally the smaller ones do month to month. Depends on the owner/manager they may be able to help you out if you pay cash. What are you looking for and why?

Well, I ****ed up.

I was cut for time with an accounting assignment so I used the template I used last year (I retook it). I changed all the numbers etc. but then just now, halfway asleep, I remember forgetting to change the title of every income statement…"xxx Landscaping". This case was about iPhone Apps.
