Right on man, how is the weather in philly this time of year? you guys get the wild heat/humidity or is it pretty east coasty? doing pretty good here moved into a new building so were back to full time regular work and semi normal hours i.e. not working 7 days a week any more. sitting around waiting for fall.

Im using mesomorph right now. for a long perion between probably december or so up until the end of may i hadnt used any pre workout and it wasnt terrible except i had ****ty pumps, which is p much what i lift for lol.

do you guys have mandatory naps? i know we did some work for a fire station and had to leave for like an hour during the day because they had mandatory sleep time from like 1pm-2pm or somethign ridiculous.

weekend cliffs:

Saturday:
open up shop for guys
sand and paint some extra furniture for a gun
should be out early, chill with wifey maybe do something

sunday:
Lift weights
maybe go out to the desert and do america stuff
wifey works in the afternoon so prob rest and get ready for the week ahead.

Hey hey nah just had today off. Just got back from Arizona! Visited Sedona with my wife and family. How was y'alls weekend? You can probably guess mine was good and where I spent it lol.

It really is pretty incredible. The red rocks and mountains everywhere is pretty breath taking srs. Sedona itself isn't a national park, but it has some national parks within its boundaries. I actually ended up buying a national park pass so I can visit any national park +3 others for free till July of next year. Otherwise it's like $30 per vehicle and $10 per person for most parks, and there were five of us. Eff that I just spent $80 for the pass, and it ended up saving me over $100 because we saw three national parks total. I definitly advise going though, the drive isn't that bad 6-7hrs on the 10 east pretty much all the way. My only tidbit of advice is if you go to Slide Rock go early or you can't get in. Drove all the way out there just to find a 2+ hr wait just to park! Every time one car left they let one car in…..yeh we left lol.

I will check that out. Never used imgur either lol. Trying to validate if this collection company is legit or not. My wife just got a letter, and the reviews on this place point to a scam, and her insurance paid this chit 2 years ago.

Thanks for the advice I'll definitely have her do this. I told her to call the place she went to for the procedure to begin with. Chit just pisses me off there's so many scams around anymore I just don't know whats real. I'm stuck at work too so I can't do much.

Exactly one phone call fraud legit almost had us, but I thought about everything that seemed sketch with it, and said eff it. Turns it was nothing, but fraud and now I call that number and eff with them sometimes from blocked lines heh. SRS though I hate all the scams out there, it makes me so hesitant to divulge any information at all to anyone ever.

whenever I get a call from an unknown number, and they don't identify themselves as a company i regularly do business with (IE wells fargo, sdccu, pet insurance, dentist, etc), after my "Hello" I will just stay silent and see how they react. Usually a pretty foolproof method.

Always lol when it's an automated call having a conversation with itself.

I do something similar… I'll answer the phone and won't say chit lol. Half the time it is the automated bs other times they person hangs up. I figure that if it's a respectable business calling me they will identify themselves since they rang me, and not the other way around. Whenever I make calls from my work phone I always identify myself and corporation as soon as the ringing stops.

Late response getting back lol. Went to me mum's to have a lunch meat sandwich and hang with one of my nieces. Made a playdough butterfly and heart with her. 10/10 lunch break mirin my own break lol. Three hours to go!
