I can't wait to see us hopefully improve the team around Jimmy. We keep dropping in draft picks but I don't even care because we're going to be a legit FA location and it won't be because we can pay the most, it will be because people want to come here to play with Jimmy and win.

I'm so hyped…
thats huge. Goodwin showing he's more than a deep threat, but get another weapon like Allen Robinson and he's even more dangerous. I realistically think we can get a difference maker at WR and CB in FA. Get a pass rusher, and some youth along the OL, DB and LB to develop.

I am preparing for a return to the dynasty era. Just put my order in for new jerseys for my wife and girls.

Whatever the eye test is, he's passed it for me. He has a natural way of reading the game that only a few QB's have.

Which FA WR would you all want in the offseason. I'd love to see Adams come back home but i doubt that happens.

Allen Robinson would be absolutely perfect in Shanny's system. Josh Gordon would fit in as well, but obviously his off the field issues is a major concern. FA's are going to want to play for the niners though. They see what's being built there.

Really pumped for our offseason this year. The winning will hurt us in the draft but help in free agency.

There are several guys I'm really hoping are 49ers next year. I think any of these guys are perfect fits for us.

Calvin Ridley - this dude would be beastly in Kyle's offense and with Jimmy at QB
Ronald Jones - perfect fit for our running game scheme
Frank Ragnow - C/G prospect who can be an excellent starter at either position
Josh Jackson - good sized corner who I think may climb up draft boards similar to Kyle Fuller if he declares

There is a small chance we can draft at least 3 of them but would love to have any of them.

Also this years senior bowl will have some guys who I'm very curious to see vs the top competition. Guys who could be perfect fits as well.

Harold Landry could be the LEO we need. Alex Cappa who has crazy tape for OT and looks very athletic and nasty but his competition is a joke. He can get his draft stock to fly up the charts if he shows up big at Mobile.

I was more talking about Jimmy's impact. Taking our offense from 21 to 12 in 4 games.

To be fair, his QB’s were Alex Smith and Kaepernick.

He chose Kap. He also chose Roman and didn't think anything on offense needed to change once teams started to figure out what we were doing. That was the most frustrating thing about the man.

When your offensive line is so dominant in the running game that you can pretty much run the ball at will well you should have a pretty good offense. What Jimmy and Kyle are doing now is just hard to believe.

They simply shouldn't be this good with that OL and all that youth and lack of talent on offense.

Can we talk Matt Breida for a bit?

Outside of the lucky non fumble he had on Sunday…anyone else think he's been playing better than Hyde all things considered?

I like Carlos but just don't know if he's worth re-signing given the depth of this RB class and how Breida has looked.

Yes, I like Breida over Hyde. I think he looks quicker than Hyde and is plenty good enough to be a workhorse.

But, seriously, Jimmy G picking apart the best defense in the league. TB12 taught him well

I feel exactly the same way. We also have joe Williams stashed away too. I think Hyde is done unless he wants to come back cheap for a playoff run.

I don't have high expectations for Joe Williams which is unfortunate since he was a 4th round pick. Not a great sign to put a 4th round rookie on IR(let's be honest if he was showing great things in camp/preseason he'd be playing)

I hope whatever he has going on is going to be worked out and he comes back hungry and ready to finally play because he's very talented but he's in my Josh Garnett camp right now - I hope they prove to be dominant players for us but I'm not counting on them at all.

As I said before I would absolutely LOVE to land Ronald Jones but he may go before our 2nd round pick. Guy is a perfect fit for this offense. Would be straight beastly with Jimmy at QB and with an improved OL.

I know how you love my ever changing mock drafts lol…but right now this is my dream offseason

1. Sign Jimmy GQ to a long term deal - don't care what it takes
2. FA big names

Andrew Norwell - G
Ryan Jensen - C
Aaron Colvin - CB
Kyle Fuller - CB (don't know if Bears let him hit FA but I'll list him for now)

3. Draft

1. Harold Landry - should be there when we pick and gives us a Leo rusher we desperately need but likely won't find later in the draft or in FA
2. Ronald Jones - I cheated…but praying he'll be there for us to take
3a. Frank Ragnow - C/G depth or starter
3b. Quenton Meeks - Good sized corner who is a good fit for these scheme

After the 3rd round I'd look at WR and more OL depth with guys like Alex Cappa and Wyatt Teller and speedy linebackers.

Obviously as we get into free agency that will help shape our needs more heading into the draft but the more I see who's available in free agency the less likely it is that we're going to address the Leo/pass rush via that route which is why I'm thinking Harold Landry is the guy for us.

I really love Hyde and hope we keep him. I love how he runs through people. I am a fan of Breida and definitely think he is quicker than Hyde but I am always nervous he's gonna fumble for some reason. Also don't like that his size limits his push on short runs and finishing runs. I think the team would be smart to keep both, see how Williams progresses and see what draft and FA offers at the position. I am in favor of keeping Hyde I hope Lynch and Shanny are too. At least I trust them to make the right moves whether we keep him or not.

I have no problem in re-signing Hyde but the question is how much do we pay him? Does he take a home town discount with the understanding he may not be the starter in the near future?

This draft class has an EXCELLENT RB class

Just off the top of my head

Saquon Barkley , Derrius Guice, Nick Chubb, Ronald Jones, Bryce Love, Kerryon Johnson, Damien Harris, Royce Freeman, Rashaad Penny, Akrum Wadley, Sony Michael , Myles Gaskin, Bo Scarbrough and some others

I bolded the guys I'd love for us to draft with Ronald Jones being my #1 target in the 2nd round, Penny being the backup plan. Wadley and Michael would be round 3/4 guys.

The issue of course is free agency starts before the draft so we don't want to be caught with our dicks in our hands and suddenly looking at Breida as the starter. I think if we can get Hyde to sign a fair deal that would be ideal then look to add a stud in the draft on day 2.

I do think that the running game will improve considerably after we improve the OL and it may be why Hyde hasn't been looking as good since he's a better inside runner and our interior OL has been less than stellar. Kind of a bummer our 2nd round pick from the Saints is going to be so damn low and especially knowing they got a stud with the pick they got from us in Kamara. He would've been a stud with Jimmy and this offense. Oh well, hopefully we make up for that by drafting a stud with their 2nd rounder.

I like Hyde and would love to resign him. I dont think he will have much of a market so i doubt we would need to overpay him. I think Breida is more explosive but needs a hole to work with but with Hyde he can create on his own and break some tackles. They seem to complement each other quite well.

Speaking of rookies, its amazing how much the 2017 class has contributed. They hit on just about every pick and the undrafted free agents have even contributed. One of the better draft classes i've seen.

I still can't believe how good Garoppolo has played so far…it's like a dream that eventually you wake up from(I know eventually he'll come down to earth) but while this stat is pretty stupid Jimmy had an 82.1 QBR Rating this season which is best for all QBs(Watson is close with 81.6) now of course he's only played 4 games but ****…

I still have a raging boner from the Jimmy trade. Im really amazed at how just 1 player elevates the entire team. Part of it is probaby the team finally gelling together but most of it is the team rallying around him and believing in him.

That's what happens when you're a leader and a great football player. Leaders elevate everyone around them. And to be honest, and this is being very optimistic, but I don't know if Jimmy GQ has to come to earth. His game play is high level right now with mediocrity around him. Once they add more toys it should only get easier for him. I'm excited for the future.

Next year's schedule looks pretty brutal on paper and he'll be facing some tough defenses but I'm excited to see the team improved and him having more comfort with the guys on offense and better protection up front.

Zane Beadles shouldn't have any business starting at RT…

This chit went on all game long and even though it was only one sack given up that's how a QB gets hurt and starts to lose his swag…with constant hits.

And of course the pick was due to Beadles giving up pressure again and Jimmy's arm getting hit on a likely TD to Bourne who was open.

Cool watch about Jimmy so far. I think he makes a bit too much on the footwork issues throwing off the deep passes but it does show that he still has room to improve like every player. But his ability to get some of those passes off despite the pressure and into tight windows is scary.

You just gonna ignore you needed a bogus PI call on Trent Taylor to beat us without Garoppolo? Not to mention half our roster is on IR.
