I am watching without sound, but looked like he had two steps and made a move up field. What did the officials say?

Thoughts with Goodwin, poor dude did not need that to end the year with. Also that Colbert breakup was beautiful and the refs messing it all up. Don't like that Kyle didn't just take a knee before the half no point in forcing anything with a lead and in turn cost us 3 points. Good learning situation there though for him.

And now the offseason begins. Curious how our team shakes out roster wise heading into camp post draft and free agency signing/ releases. Glad we got a QB tho. This was a weird year and feels really odd being so excited for the future considering we are not playoff bound. Go Niners!

We got 9th or 10th pick….pending coin flip with Raiders.
Not bad. IMO we should target a pass rusher with it or try to trade down.
Psyched for the offseason.

The great thing is we have our QB which just makes everything so much easier.
I'm still hoping we find a way to trade down to pick up an additional second rounder. Right now I have guys in tiers of who I want but hard to predict where the round values will be since the draft is still so far away. There are already some guys I though could be had on day 3 are jumping into round 1 talk.
I'll just list some of the guys I'd love to have here(will leave out guys I'm thinking go before our pick for sure)
Harold Landry - Leo
Quenton Nelson - monster G
Josh Jackson - CB
Calvin Ridley - WR
Roquan Smith - LB
Clelin Ferrell - Leo
Jaire Alexander - CB
Christian Kirk - WR
Courtland Sutton - WR
Dallas Goedert - TE
Braden Smith - G
Frank Ragnow - C/G
Anthony Miller - WR
Dante Pettis - WR
Equanimeous St Brown - WR
DJ Chark- WR
Rashaan Evans - LB
Marcus Davenport - Leo
Quenton Meeks - CB
Kevin Toliver - CB
Armani Watts - S
Ronald Jones - RB
Rashaad Penny - RB
TJ Edwards - ILB
Chukwuma Okorafor - OT
Alex Cappa - OT
Isaiah Oliver - CB
Bryce Love - RB
James Washington- WR
Akrum Wadley - RB
Sony Michel - RB totally forgot to list him but I like him better than Chubb in the NFL. DUde just had a monster game even with the the fumble.
Going to be really excited to follow the senior bowl this year. There is a crazy list of talent going this year and I'm really curious to see guys like Marcus Davenport and Alex Cappa who are from small schools so digging up film on them is tough and while they stand out big time against their competition it's hard to know if it will translate or they'll look overwhelmed vs better competition. I'm hearing Davenport especially is skyrocketing already so I want to see how he does there. Especially vs some talented OLmen who should be there.
Obviously free agency will dictate where our major needs are but the way I see them right now is the big two are pass rush and interior OL. Seeing what Jimmy has done with our current receivers I think we don't need to address that early even though I think Ridley in this offense would be a stud. But the more I look at who is likely available in free agency and the depth in the draft and I'm thinking we have to hit one of the pass rushers early…like first round early.
I think Harold Landry would be a perfect fit but Ferrell and Davenport are intriguing alternate options.
Ferrell plays for Clemson so watch for him if you're watching their game later.

good night sweet princess.
And I wouldn't get too excited about the two picks vs the "practice squad" good play by that corner on the first pick, the second was the receiver falling on his route.

Feels good not spending January speculating who our next coach will be.
Last year Lynch and Shanny nailed the offseason. Cant wait to see what they can do in free agency this year as players should actually want to come here now. it'll be hard to duplicate what they did in the draft because last years draft haul was one of a kind.
I'm still favoring Quenton Nelson in the draft. Picking at 9 would be the perfect place to take the top guard but he might not be there.

POS poster aside, I'm glad to hear Goodwin was fine. iirc he accumulated more yards this year than all of his years with the Bills.
What a difference a QB can do.

Welp… Palmer calls it quits. Arizona is full rebuild.
The nfc west is ours for the taking. I think we could take the rams if we are 100 percent healthy.

Took it to the Rams with Hoyer at QB. I'm sure it will be a battle for the title next year.

I think it will be the Rams and 49ers battling the next few years. The Seahawks window has closed but with Russel Wilson at QB they can still be respectable.
As far as the offseason goes what do yall think our biggest needs are?
I got:
Tier 1 needs:
Guard - Fusco & Garnett can battle for 1 spot but we have to get a top tier guard
Center - Kilgore sucks
Corner - Donte Johnson is a backup at best. He was exposed every game.
Edge Rusher - Dummerville and Marsh are ok but we need an upgrade
Tier 2 needs:
WR - Unless we get a true #1 i dont care to address this position
OLB - Eli Harold sucks
Tier 3 needs
OT for future - Staley is on his last leg. Brown is a great RT but i think he's going to be looking for a huge contract and i think he will be all about the money when his contract is up.

So I'd break them down into…
Tier 1: The top need
Pass rusher off the edge
Tier 2: The must improve but can be hidden by other factors
Center
Guard
Corner
Tier 3: The should improve and may be bigger need depending on who the team re-signs(Hyde)
LB
RB
WR
Tier 4: Nice to add depth or future starters
OT
TE
I think we address corner in free agency and add at least another one in the draft - Josh Jackson would be great but his stock is climbing so we'll see how that goes.
I think we also address OL with a mix of free agency and draft - love the interior OL talent in this class. Quenton Nelson is a beast at guard but Branden Smith, Frank Ragnow, Mason Cole, Wyat Teller would all be welcome additions in the draft.
I don't think a legit pass rusher will be available in free agency so we'll have to hit on that in the draft and I think we'll have to address it early as the depth at pass rushers isn't as great and obviously they're a highly valued position so they go quick.
I'm curious to see what we do with Hyde, i'd like to keep him but not at starter money, not with the stacked RB draft class coming out.
