Fuark just bought 500 rounds. Their 5.56 is .45 cents per round, I've shot it before and it seems to run clean and provide good groupings for FMJ.

I've got some bad news

You're going to end up with less than what you have now and/or be a felon, sooner than later

You didn't leave what you thought you were when you went CA to WA. It is just a little behind, but, it'll be there

Nah, just get a P226, P229, SP2022. They are proven designs. IMO, hammer fired is better than striker fired anyhow

I need a shooting rest of some sort. Bipod, bag, whatever.

I usually just fold my rifle bag and use that as a support, which is annoying enough for me to want to do something about it.

Recommendations for a decent shooting rest (or sub $150 bipod) for use with an AR?

Or do I just buy some Caldwell bags and call it a day?

Went straight to the 25yrd hung a target and let 15 rds rip. Hit paper (dinner plate size target) with all 15 and that was without any prior sighting in at all. So I'm pleased with the results for shooting the Holosun "out of the box". Used some Blazer 124g.

Plan is to go back up and get the Holosun lined up and rip some Federal HST 124g hollows to see how they group. Have a stash of ~1k of those so don't mind ripping through a couple dozen.

Question for you guys that co-witness with irons. My irons are supposed to be lower 1/4….does your dot sit in the center of your window even when your irons are lined up at the bottom of the window? That's what I would ultimately like to have but the way it was first shooting it if I lined up the irons at the bottom of the window the red-dot chevron kind of overlapped i.e wasn't positioned in the center of the window.

**slide is custom milled for the optic so no MOS nonsense
You can use the irons (windage) to get a rough estimate of windage for your dot, but unless you can completely cowitness (which would not be the correct way to zero the dot, but it is good for getting you on paper at ~25) your elevation will have to be tested by shooting it. In that regard, don't try to center it in the window. Shoot a group and adjust, because the position in the window doesn't dictate the POA-POI relationship, the position of the dot relative to the POI dictates it, and that can depend on a lot of factors including the length of the slide, how the barrel mates up with it, height over bore, the optics cut, etc.

Ya….I'm going to have to play with it more. POI to red dot position is key. Ideally would want this to be close to center of the window. But I feel I'm going to have to put a ton of rounds through to see where it groups consistently. The slide is cut for the optic so no adjustments can be made there really.

Buy a suppressor from a company that has been around a long time and that you have faith will remain around a long time.

Buy a mode of suppressor that has been around long enough to be proven.

Pay attention more to the muzzle devices/mounting system and the longevity/durability than the noise reduction

It retails for like $649 for the gun and two mags. $600 with an extra 3 mags and a range bag isn't a good deal? You're welcome to post a better deal as well.

Make sure your suppressor has 1 3/8 x 24 threads at the back so that you can always have access to a mounting solution.

LMAO

True story…

Figured the ban was coming back in Jan. Panick Bought MPX-K and an APC9k with glock lower. Both braced. B&T dude was a legit dealer and was out of the brace and had a 2 week delay. I said no biggie. MPX shipped and then ban happened next day.

I got in on the TRO last minute in March. Following week I picked up both that I paid for back in Jan just so I could keep both braces and guns LOL

Now waiting on Mags and grips to come… legit touch as fuuuuuuu to get anything!!! LOL. I show my TRO, then all the *******s are like "well you live in Cook Co" and I say "Im unincorporated" and then they say they dont care. The others just say "we dont ship anything to IL, period." The last good ones said "well just give us a diff addy to ship to" LOL **** this state and that fat **** who broke his leg walking around at the state fair Jelly Belly political whore
