On a map of the GTA I'm within the City of Toronto sector.

I'm not sure what I don't like about Toronto. The constant traffic and construction. People crawling out of the woodwork. The cost to do/buy anything is fuuking crazy. I'll never be able to own a house unless I pull in 100k/yr. I want to rent an apartment, can't afford anything on my own and none of my friends want to leave home because they have it too good there.

I think it's more or less me needing to get away from this city for my own good.

No idea where I want to go. Maybe where ever I can be successful and enjoy what I'm doing. If I stay in Toronto that's not going to happen.

Maybe starting too much into a personal rant…

Soon the US will raise rates, Janet is saying she will very soon, maybe next year. Then Canada has to raise or our dollar will be 25 cents. Then finally a liquidation on real estate, save your pennies, be ready.

T-dot is easy, i put micheline xice3s, maybe out of the 3-4 months 2-3 days it would be challenging ,remaining days no problem.
235pounds to 168 in 4 months. 35% BF to 19% and counting lower every day. it is doable as long as you put your mind and soul into it and discipline. We all are going to make it.

Anyone cop those Toronto Air Maxes? Thought they wouldn't get too crazy because they're being released to all of NA on the 17th but they're already going for around $500-700 on Kijiji and MSRP was only $165.

I'm not even a sneakerhead but recently been looking at new releases because some of them turn out to be good flips.

Everybody knows it will crash… but then again what could also happen is "omg they raised rates, I guess the economy really has recovered" and then we go even higher. I guess one or the other will happen and most bets are to the downside. However the Max Pain Principle I guess says nothing happens, that would be hilarious.
Now the real estate, we all know people locked into super long mortgages and still barely able to make payments. Jack up the rate and I'm sure some people will have to get out. And some may see this as signs of a top and take their profits. I think it will come down but not crash. If it has no effect then maybe it is true, we're just being propped up by foreign money.

The money will go to a country where the interest rate is higher, and to put money into that country you have to convert to their currency. Supply and demand, it goes up as more people go for that currency.
So if the US raises rates and we don't the CAD falls even more.

Hey brothers I need some help, I'm going to be the up front and say my diet is now chit. I'm working all day eating tv dinners on lunch and then coming home and watching the game on tv or gaming

eating junk food and pizza. I need a simple meal plan solution for a lazy bum like myself, so I can get back into the gym(couple months off) and get my chit together again.

stats are the same but im weighing 196ish now with more fat, I appreciate all feedback from my maple fam.

edit: going to work on drinking more protein shakes/water just some simple food meals I can make and maybe store in fridge, I'm weening out sugar snacks this week.

You ever try intermittent fasting? Whenever I'm cutting I find it easier to only worry about 1 meal a day.

I've done that before when I was in school but with work its so hard, I work variant shift schedule(manage retail store) I work all the time and making meals is so hard when I work weekends too.

Something I can make in bulk with littler effort is what im thinking of.

Standard chicken/rice/veggies. I don't mind it but I can see how it would get boring.

Don't need to remind me, I had to do things….much things when I cutted…..try to forget about that. I'm trying to drink more shakes to ween off meat( trying eat less meat) so I might start steaming

veggies in bulk, thinking about maybe making some kinda pita sandwhich wrap like making in bulk and storing in fridge to take out for meals. I'm def going to pick a day like fridays to eat take out or

so at first then slowly cut back. I know i need more fruit and veggies in my diet but man i'm so lazy even to steam/boil them!

My diet right now has been pretty simple. Tons of protein, animal and plant fats, complex carbs (no grains) and lot of fiber through veggies and fruit (all berries). Seems to be working since I'm dropping weight, but right now trying to find that perfect combination to keep my energy up and hunger down.

yeah exactly, everyone threshold for hunger levels are different. I just can't make it bland anymore like chic+rice+steamed brocoli, I feel like for me that's not living life even though its simple. I'm

thinking maybe buy pita bread in bulk put some hummus on it with shredded cheese(low fat) if I can loaded with shreeded lettuce, cucumber and then finish with meat cold cuts just that until I get

more stable routine. I love like rice with dressings on top I know fatty but like korma chicken + rice, or butter chicken too. I'd just be using the shakes+wraps to fill in most of my macros and kinda

let the rest fall into place.
