I've basically been doing IIFYM since September eating whatever and even blowing my targets a few days here and there, usually when drinking. Dropped almost 20 lbs (229 lbs to 210 lbs) and I'm probably around 10-11% bf right now. I'm getting to that level of lean where I'm starting to get people staring at me at the gym. Feels good mang. I started eating oreo cookies daily as I'm having a hard time hitting 400+ grams of carbs and 3800+ cals a day to maintain while eating "clean". Gonna maintain till Christmas and then drop down to 8%-ish.

Dat Ecto life.

Snow tires work best in temperatures under 7 derees celcius. You're good brah. I gotta put mine on. I drive a 135i. Rear wheel drive with 300 hp in the cold with summers on is drift central.

1 cup egg whites and 2 scoops casein with some ice will fill you up. If you blend it for like 90 seconds it will turn into some thick Blizzard kind of texture. Real filling though, had it for breakfast and couldn't hit bulking calories that day. Ephedrine also works awesome but I don't recommend it anymore.

That's my achilles heel for dieting. I'll eat at my cutting calories all week long and it's simple, but come weekend time i'll have a whiskey and Diet coke which turns into a few, which slides over to the next day.

I've finally gotten back to the gym, but right now it's only cardio on the bike for me. My leg still isn't strong enough to handle lifting.

We're all gonna make it bros…

we're in the same boat my friend, I fell out with the gym for a few months and diet went sideways. I recently came down with a bad flu been a week and two days, as soon as I recover i'll hit the weights

hard again. Remember there is always time to bounce back, take some stress off of it and work harder the second time around and you'll progress no worries. along as you keep that mind keen on it

it'll be only a matter of time.

At one point during the Bush years the American dollar was only worth .63c to the Canadian dollar IIRC.

Thanks Obama!!!

I hate you a little it right now. Not really…

I'm on that losing weight/getting fatter life. Not lifting nearly enough because I'm too busy and my hip is ****ed. So is my shoulder. I'm curvy as **** right now. I don't even look like I lift though.

Although I'm thankful for our health care, sometimes I wonder… I've seen 4 people about my hip and each have given me a different story. The first said I had a deformation of the hip joint from birth that I could fix with surgery. The last said I had tight hip flexors. THAT SOUNDS A LITTLE BIT DIFFERENT?!?!?

Anyway I'm tying to get back on it now that my busy season is over. I start my new program today, I'm prolly gonna die.

Could be me. Lifts 5x a week still fat AF.

The scale for me isn't moving fast but body is changing so that's good. Still want to be lighter, but still don't want to look fat AF.

Good luck. I had some set backs too. That trip to europe screwed up my gainz a bit too and so did the breakup. I wasn't super heart broken but it's hard to keep your mind on the gym when going through a breakup, even if it's only a 6-8 month relationship. Better to get back now then January 1st when all the resolutioners fill the gym.

My office Jebus party was held a restaurant 5 minutes from my house.I flirted with the waitress in front of my future wife.

It seem like a good idea at the time.

How was the couch? Or did she let it slide because she knows you won't be able to do that much longer?

I have my work's Christmas lunch today, wasn't planning on going and guess I am now thanks to a convenient meeting.
