We have a Russian guy that imports it direct to his shop and he has pallets of cases
I think he still has Russian stuff that he had purchase orders for before the ban
Right when ban was announced it went to $500 but went down once others started to produce

A shame, it seemed pretty free when I moved to WA from SC in 2015. But the past 8 years I can confirm if California does something Oregon and Washington are not far behind.
it is at least possible that when benitez rules that the CA AWB is unconstitutional and the 9th circuit will have no ability to challenge that (because of the rulings that the US supreme court came to) the WA AWB will be overturned as well.

it may take some time though

Regarding the WA semi auto ban, does it mean all future sales are banned, or are people who own such firearms expected to turn them in or…?

Has any state ever passed a law that said semi autos needed to be turned in?

You may not have noticed, but, Dem states have passed a fair number of "never done before" control laws the last few years.

For example, even with a carry permit, you cannot carry a gun into any private business unless the business posts a sign explicitly stating that you can.

Mostly right now they are requiring registration to grandfather in. But don't worry, they'll be doing "mandatory buyback" soon enough in states like WA, CA, NY and NJ

Semi-Auto Rifles can't be bought or sold now.

Also, repairing them, assembling them and buying parts is illegal as well. So if your stuff breaks you are fuked.

I bet in a few years they try to make a registry etc….

No way will this bill hold up in court.

The only reason they are not going door to door is because 1/20 will go down taking out a couple agents
People talk a lot but very few act
Those very few that would act is the only thing saving the US from confiscation like Cuckanda

That is you losing and them winning.

Nobody will dare speak openly about them, or take them places, or shoot them, or use them, soon, for fear of the backlash.

Once that norm is accepted, they will take the next slice of the cake. And so on

Quick update in my gun world. Haven't been shooting too consistently throughout winter since I've been skiing three or four days a week. The season is coming to an end so I'll be consistently shooting a few times a month again.

I had purchased my first can about eight months ago. A Thunder Beast from Special Purpose Rifles in Holladay, UT. A couple weeks ago, they contacted me and informed me they forgot to file it. Long story short, they were pretty rude about it, didn't accept blame, and didn't offer any real type of apology or compensation. I cancelled my order with them and am now figuring out what to do for my 6.5 RPR dedicated can. Anyone with dedicated .30 precision can experience let me know what you're running. I'm looking at a Thunder Beast Ultra 7 again, or a Huxwrx Magnum TI. Huxwrx is five miles from me and I also get a pretty fat pro deal on them. Thoughts?

Also, last week my two RC2s were approved just a few days apart. I waited 213 days for the first one, seems like the wait times are getting shorter. Pretty ****in stoked to finally get some cans, especially after the ****show with the RPR can.

These rifles are almost complete. The two KAC grips I have are being swapped out for Mlok customized ones so I can get rid of the pic rails. Once those arrive, the 11.5 will be complete and I'll spray paint it. The 14.5 will just be waiting on a KAC lower I have on the way, after which will also get paint. I'll likely get a second Slingster sling for the 14.5 as well.
