Same suppose to be drinking my coffee black now and just can't do Timmies anymore. I've been going to smaller coffee shops to get my coffee now or just buy good beans and make it at home which I find better. Not sure what's going on at Timmies but something isn't right.

Eat more meals. Two meals is too few spread it across 4-6 meals. It's weird though as you'll eat and then have to eat again maybe 2 hours later. At first you may feel full all the time and hard to eat just have to adjust.

Think of it like it's a fire. You can either throw in your case 2 large logs onto the fire. Yeah it will burn but it will be a slow burn, may not provide much heat but will get the job done. Eating more meals is like throwing kindling, twigs and smaller logs. The fire grows as it's working through thing a lot easier. It will be hotter but then need to be fed again.

1) I'm doing the same chit. Just going to small coffee shops instead. Its a pain in the ass.

2) what this guy said. After 2 weeks of doing it, your metabolism will have adjusted and you will actually be hungry every 2.5 hours. That means it's working.

Funny because to me if anything Starbucks has always tasted burnt to chit. Tims is superior in every way, and i dont have to stand around like a peasant pouring my own milk and stirring it at that annoying little table.

Went to the Bay yesterday and found some tank tops left from summer massively discounted. I ended up getting a Punisher ( \m/ !!!! ) tank for $12, and another tank with superman lifting a boulder and the writing "Superman's Gym" written on it for $15. Perfect for douching it up at the gym. Could have gotten more as they had a Flash one in my size and another spiderman one too but I didn't want to have 5 of the same tank with different graphics (I already have another superman one I bought a few months back for twice the price).

If any of you guys are looking for gym stuff it's probably worth a look.

How's it going Eastern Canadians?
It'd be like staying fat while running marathons because it's more impressive to finish a marathon when you're overweight. It might be impressive in the short run, but in the long run it just doesn't make any sense. ~breathinglife

Grey Goose or Belvedere are the best ones in the range. Isn't really much in terms of high quality vodka.

Yeah man, looks like I'm gonna need to unless I can fit in for W semester. Even if I do get this accounting degree, I sure as hell won't pursue it…so ****ing boring.

Goose is way out of my range. Think it's like a whole bill. Maybe going with Stolichnaya even though I never tried the stuff. I'll look into Belvedere too. Thanks a lot bros.

edit - Actually they got a 750mL goose so I'll go with it.

Standard is decent stuff for a good price. Stoli is whatever, Smirnoff is disgusting

Finally done all my finals, holy fuk man I got bent over for the last 15 days. Nothing but studying at school all fukn day, diet went to complete shyt and I think I hit the gym once in that time span.

But thankfully got an A and A- in my 2 courses so far, got 97% in the lab component of another course and I'm just waiting on the lecture final grade for that, and then biochemistry which I got bent over on in the final lmao. Hopefully it all goes well.

I've been putting off pharmacy school applications for a month too. Time to finally finish those…

Thanks. UBC for sure, Halifax probably for the lulz, probably Calgary. Not Toronto tho, for some reason they still require the PCAT while almost no other schools do and I haven't written it yet. That and it's the hardest school to get into. Might apply to Waterloo though.

Honestly, I'll probably just end up applying wherever I meet the requirements lol

Grey goose IS good but I usually buy Belvedere just on the basis that my background is Polish. As long as it's not finlandia though, I'm good. That **** is disgusting.
