Nice fish. I pulled in a king salmon the other day. I don't really care for salmon but I wanted to try out some recipes. Any recommendations?

Cooking removes all worry. Bass and perch have some small worms occasionally. I just cut the ones I see out with a knife, and cooking take care of the rest.
I like sushi and stuff too, but generally don't risk it with freshwater fish
