First class back, 4 minutes late because I had to get my sister beforehand, bottom door of lecture hall's locked. Figure the prof doesn't want kids pouring in during lecture from where she would be, so I go up a few flights and both those doors were locked too. Course no **** opened the doors either.

wang pls you'll find a good job ez.

and same. december was nothing but at school all day because studying for finals and eating nothing but fast food, then holiday food + being at work all day after finals so i was buying pizza every day to eat at work during the long ass shifts

surprised i only gained 5 lb. bake on EC stack, morning cardio, gonna get back to 190 for the first time in years. though my chest/heart feels kinda weird so im not so sure about this EC thing.

also did legs for the first time in years. well leg extension and leg curls but fuk it, i'll take that pain free over not doing legs at all any day

Cortez: http://images.footlocker.com/pi/1641...ke-cortez-mens
Superstars: http://www.footasylum.com/images/pro...ium/088085.jpg

Have fun in Mexico bae.

Careful with the stimulants if they make you feel off bro, especially heart stuff. It's good stuff though, just be wary of BP and pulse.

Know those fat feels. Finally said enough is enough when my gut started sticking out through all of my shirts for the first time.

This fuking chest discomfort isn't helping though. Fuk, I'm scared, apparently feeling tight in that area is really bad.

Gotcha. Obviously avoid the water, but also make sure your drinks don't have ice in them. Resorts are usually decent (depending where you go) at providing bottled, sanitary water but they often neglect to use that water for ice. I've known quite a lot of people who were sick and had traced it back to contaminated ice in drinks

I really ****ing hate that law. It's nothing to be going 90 in 50 zones when you're not in the city. It's even less nothing to be going 100 on a 'highway' which for some reason has a speed limit of 60.

I'm looking to get some bands, micro plates and straps (ankle straps for the glute kickbacks), to bring with us to the gym for our workouts. Aside from Sport Chek, anyone got a place in the GTA, preferably Markham, Richmond Hill, Scarborough or North York East of Yonge to purchase these equipment? So far we're using whatever equipment the gym has but those accessories would be nice to have. Plus it's our own so we don't have to worry about other's hygiene when it comes to using the bands and straps.

Bands are the same quality regardless of where you go, I'm 99% sure. My Rogue bands are doing horribly but my AmStaff bands are doing great and those two companies are on opposite sides of the spectrum. Both feel the exact same but the Rogue ones are just used more because I've had them longer. So just buy cheap because it's all the same crap.

Microplates you can grab from XTCFitness. They're my recommendation for any residential equipment (benches, racks, etc.) here if you can't afford customs fees and all that other crap from USA companies.

You can also go to Treadmill Factory. I think they have both a Markham and Scarborough location. If you don't want to buy microplates you can use industrial washers or just more spring collars.

I don't even want to get drunk cause one of my friends takes it too far. Pretty much he's an addict and I don't want to fuel that already burning fire.

What about online? Any trusted places or brands? There's tons on Amazon and I'll try my best to Google them for sure. I know you mentioned that for bands, their qualities are more or less the same.
