I'm in Boyo's

Just had a huge cheat day yesterday and gained about 10lbs in water weight (from 196 to 205)
Body looked pretty soft, but legs looked pretty juicy afterwards though.

Anyone else feel lethargic/unpumped/deflated/deathly tired cutting below 10-11% BF?
Like, some days I'll be energetic and carbed up (albeit I'm still getting only 80-85g of carbs a day) and also dry at the same time yet other days like today I feel like a sack of potatoes that's extremely watery/deflated at the same time. Like a soggy sack of potatoes that can't get any definition goin on.
Hadn't felt it for the past 4 months I've been cutting but it's starting to creep up on me. feelsbadman

Hit arms pretty hard too and they aint bad strength wise, just severely lacking in size. Whats your routine?

Another question for the Aesthetics Crew. I have been training in an upper lower split that is very well distributed, but my legs are growing much faster than my arms. It's coming to a point where I'm getting stronger in my upper body and my shoulders have grown but my biceps and pecs haven't really grown at all, yet my quads/glutes have. Does an Aesthetics Crew member start taking it easier on leg day and focusing more on upper body to look for symmetry (size) upper/lower? Or just run with it? Seems like my genetics prefer lower body muscle recruitment.
