Going to start lifting today. Still losing weight regardless. Cardio and lifting is what will make me shed the pounds off. I'll be good for summer and beyond that.

I need new work shirts but don't feel like buyin any. Those "Large" shirts from places like abercrombie finally fit without a gut poking out, but normal large things are kinda draping off me now. Not a bad problem to have though. I'm gonna turn 30 in style mane.

The problem I'm having is the waist area is way too big now. Should probably look for fitted stuff now. Never been well versed in fashion type things.

abercrombie, zara, fast fashion places have what's called "Slim fit" which is why they fit well if you don't have a gut. Most other places have "regular" fits which accommodates the average guy who has a gut. They are cut roomier around the waist which is why it drapes. Look for clothing that's slim or athletic fit when you shop, same goes for dress shirts or button ups.

I'm in Boyo's

Just had a huge cheat day yesterday and gained about 10lbs in water weight (from 196 to 205)

Body looked pretty soft, but legs looked pretty juicy afterwards though.

Cut's going good brah keep up the good work.

Anyone else feel lethargic/unpumped/deflated/deathly tired cutting below 10-11% BF?

Like, some days I'll be energetic and carbed up (albeit I'm still getting only 80-85g of carbs a day) and also dry at the same time yet other days like today I feel like a sack of potatoes that's extremely watery/deflated at the same time. Like a soggy sack of potatoes that can't get any definition goin on.

Hadn't felt it for the past 4 months I've been cutting but it's starting to creep up on me. feelsbadman

good arm genetics?

bulked to 194lb, had 15 inch arms
cut to 156lb, have 14 inch arms.

Hit arms pretty hard too and they aint bad strength wise, just severely lacking in size. Whats your routine?

I dont really isolate them much tbh. I do a few sets of hammer curls and some close grip pull downs isolating the squeeze on my bis at the end of my back day and i do weighted dips and rope extensions on chest day. Those are the only arm exercises i really ever do. I do do a lot of pull ups and chins as well and i think my bis have grown more from those than any isolation work and same for dips.

Not sure what your line of work is, but if your shoulders/arms are fairly static these days I'd invest in some quality shirts. If you have outlet stores for Hugo Boss near you, for example, you can try their slim fit shirts. Thomas Pink have a super slim fit that might be better for your waist, etc. Put some effort into it and you'll look killer. Good progress pic too.

Another question for the Aesthetics Crew. I have been training in an upper lower split that is very well distributed, but my legs are growing much faster than my arms. It's coming to a point where I'm getting stronger in my upper body and my shoulders have grown but my biceps and pecs haven't really grown at all, yet my quads/glutes have. Does an Aesthetics Crew member start taking it easier on leg day and focusing more on upper body to look for symmetry (size) upper/lower? Or just run with it? Seems like my genetics prefer lower body muscle recruitment.

Same with me. My legs get too big in terms of proportioning so I've been taking it easy. I throw in leg extensions or squats once in a while but generally speaking I am mostly upper body crew nowadays
