lol cope harder, GTA isn't that good. The map is simplistic af comparatively, AI isn't really any better in any deep sort of way, driving is worse due to not being able to keep throttle on when sliding and gta5's single player story is way worse and lol at side quests.

I've got a lottt of hours in GTA5, as well as in skyrim and oblivion and etc. cyberpunk is pretty fukkin good, has room for improvement but it's not a piece of shiet game

GTA 5 was lame. I played about 12 hours and literally never played it again. Thank god I only paid like $20 or $30 for it.

yeah I fukkin loved vice city, but I couldn't finish the main story in gta4 and barely did it in gta5. Played gta5 multiplayer a lot at one point, but end of teh day the map is pretty barren and basic, night city shiets all over it with it's density/complexity.

Idk about the other 2 but i definitely don’t remember Skyrim being unplayable at launch. Definitely nothing close to what we are seeing from Cyberpunk. Never got into fallout but i never had issues with Morrowind, Oblivion or Skyrim.

it was bad man… it was bad lol. skyrim had so many issues. on pc at least. so many crashes so many quests not working, so many NPC issues, like the NPCs would not allow u to finish the quests. i had a game 200 hours after so much ****in bull****. suddenly it went corrupted

it took them a long time to finish the crashing issues, I think I couldn't play it for a month cause it crashed on loading screens.

fallout 76 was bad too. lol nobody remembers that though cause nobody bought it, i didn't buy it i just heard about how bad it was lol

i bought fallout 4 though. man that was the definition of trash on release. though skyrim i remember more cause it kept ****ing crashing!!!!!!!!! pissed me off. i bought that on release and was like… what the **** it's not working!! lol. cyberpunk is leagues better than that

edit: i remember now… it was something like skyrim and AMD or Geforoce GPUs didn't work. see my headache just talking about that release god damn lol gives me high blood pressure talking about it

i literally remember all of these lol just looking at them. but the biggest issue for me is that during loading screens it could crash or freeze. it was so random. yeah skyrim definitely #1 headache at launch for me. definitely a game where I wish I had played it after like a year of being released.

GTAV was s very empty feeling city but the citizens felt more real than in Cyberpunk. They are very reactive and have a lot of personality.

No need to choose between the games imo.

Night City the location leaves me floored, even 45 hours in. The amount of thought that has clearly gone into every square centimetre is astonishing. There are little out-of-the-way structures that would be centrepieces in the maps of many current gen games.

Theres buggy release status, and then theres Early Access beta status, which is what this is.

And even if you don't know much about games and coding, you can obviously tell these bugs in CP are a lot more janky and cheap than other bugs we are familiar with in Bethesda or Ubisoft games.

The bugs themselves are b-tier and comically odd-ball even by typical gaming standards.

I ended up killing every single bad guy in every side quest and police mission on the whole Watson area of the map with double jump and a Katana.

That’s a lotta loot

there's nothing really broken compared to bethseda games though. 60 hours in and no issues with any quests/missions and only two crashes. Bethesda games are crashes supreme and quests unable to be completed. brb fallout 4 enter building, instant crash

there's barely any issues on PC

lol u could try it on steam if u don't like it u could refund it but u gotta be fast in that 2hr limit. i would wait for some patches though. not that it has issues on PC but cdprojekt red says they got two big patches coming

IMO just try it. The return policy for this game seems to be pretty lenient, so play through the intro and see if its for you. If not, take it back and focus on the WoW xpac

You'll get bugs btw, PC or not. I myself have experienced 5 in my 40 hours of game time. 4 of them were minor but one of them was a glitch that had a gun teleport into an NPCs head during a story crucial part, and it killed the moment. Besides that though, nothing game breaking (and I'm on the Xbox One X). On the flip side though, if you wait like 4-5 months, most bugs will be fixed and you can probably get the game half off

Lol @ how the usual suspects are still hating on this game and gotta go on this thread to hate it some more. They always come off as developmentally challenged, and surprise surprise they are also the people I always see aggressively pushing some chitty opinions around here. Sad!

Oh well, can't say their bitterness is making me enjoy the game any less. It's also funny how many people can't just wait a week or two for patches and play the game slowly, like they gotta put 100+ hours into the game week 1 or phuck you game.

Crafting lvl 20 woo

Bought some coke cans to disassemble into mats. Turns out that they don’t disassemble. Bought 300 of them, kept disassembling 300 with them staying in my inventory so I’d get the experience each time. Went from 13-20 in 15 min

Loving how broken this game is so I don’t have to waste stupid amounts of time leveling

Wow, my CPU utilization went from 40-45% to 55-60. Nice! Getting almost 8-10FPS more in really densely populated areas. Still gonna cap at 60, but damn, that's a big increase.
