I don't want you stealing my womens if you did do 18-19. I think I got 18-22 on Tinder and 18-25 on Bumble…because if a 25 year old matches with a 20 year old me, you know.

NO worries brah, obviously I'd smash an 18 year old if the pussy was handed to me but I even feel a bit **** talking to 25 year olds now adays. NO way I could do anything more than smash a chick under 25. Relationship? No thanks Jeff.

Dude but I think 25 is where it gets good on Bumble. Do you find that the chicks on Bumble are more looking for relationships than the chicks on Tinder?

Hard to say, I haven't really met enough chicks off bumble to be able to form an opinion. THere is still some blatant sl00ts on bumble though. Most chicks online will at least PRETEND they are "not here for hookups", even if they are.

I see the same chicks on Tinder, then Bumble, then Happn. It's all the same ****, I just think most of the hot chicks that get waaaay too many matches on Tinder moved over to Bumble because it gives them a little better control of which guys they're actually talking to.

Hmm…well atleast if they match and message you on Bumble, you know they're down for something whereas a lot of Tinder girls just want their ego stroked.

Single, so Vday was just like every other day… got yucky with the boys. Today, took it easy and did some work I needed to get done over the weekend. No complaints here.

Same was suppose to see a friend while I was in the states but those plans fell through. Sucks but what can I do really? Just spent the past two days at home doing pretty much nothing.

Not really a big change for me, since I usually spend Sunday with the girlfriend anyway. We did go out for dinner. I'm glad my gf isn't the kind of chick that wants to make a really big deal out of V day.

Vday should be the same as any other day regardless of if your single or not… there's 365 days in a year, LOTS of time to let someone you care about know, and lots of ways to do it, without spending a ridiculous amount of money

man I was tripping because 2 weeks ago around the time I started taking it for a few days, I started having chest pains and shyt and thought it was because of it. doc made me get a ECG and apparently i'm all good, was just muscle pains. so now i'm cutting like a beast.

though cutting pisses me off man. diet properly for 2 weeks, drop 0 lbs, lose motivation, eat like crap for a few days and randomly check scale, somehow drop 5 lb. trying not to do that this time, just gotta give it time..

also i think i finally know what's wrong with my knee. patella isn't tracking properly, like it's loose and easily moved around. apparently that's an issue with either the vastus medialis and rectus femoris, which i'm going to be working on strengthening soon. losing weight and icing it frequently should help take some pressure off it too.

Try terminal knee extensions with a band for your VMO. It may also be your hamstring, depending on which antagonist is overdeveloped.

Yeah, EC is dope. A good rhythm I cut to is 6 days low carb, 1 refeed around maintenance with 0.8g/lb protein, <20g fat, rest carbs (not fructose). Some dietary freedom and you have your refeeds to look forward to so you keep disciplined during the week. Good your chest scare is a non-issue.

Yeah I might try refeeds, lot better than cheat days I suppose.

Where can I buy bands from? I've been wanting to get them but don't know which store sells them, or which ones to buy, there seems to be so many.

I honestly have no idea how any of my leg muscles are overdeveloped at this point. I haven't done legs in 2 years, one would think they're all equally weak as fuk. But then again, apparently normal people sometimes have knee tracking problems too and they sure don't lift, so who knows, I guess its possible. My hamstrings are super weak though, tried SLDLs and couldn't walk for 3 days a few weeks ago lol. Gonna be working on developing those hard now.

You would want the 0.5" bands. Usually they're red. Any fitness store should have them. If they're maltracking you need to do them with proper tracking or it would only worsen it; I think the patella should track over the last 3 toes? That's off memory, you need to look into it.
