Sooo anyone have any thoughts on programs?

I may be following that route myself for a short while. I would go U/L or P/P/L depending on how well you recover and your schedule.

Coolcicada's PPL seems good, but I would throw some deadlifts in there for a 1x5 or something before any rowing for 1 of the 2 pull sessions, maybe a variant at 70% for the other. U/Ls are a little more forgiving so you can do what I am/was which was start with 4x10@60% add +2.5% weekly, then once you won't hit i.e. 4x10 next week do 4x8 and just taper until 5x3.

I can PM you the entire thing if it interests you. The common thinking around this forum that strength directly correlates to size is bull****. It's volume…so a good routine would provide you with the most volume on a weekly basis while allowing for recovery, which alot of these strength routines for intermediates touted on these forums don't manage well.

Thanks for the heads up, I think I may invest in the Good build.
Have you thought about following a replacement manual for the motherboard, taking everything out, and vacuuming the absolute f*ck out of the fans? Might help.

And I mean, if you're going to get a new PC anyways, it's not like you care about the warranty on the laptop…

Nope, because I don't know what any of that is lmao. I think this thing is absolutely caked with chalk, so your suggestion is probably the solution. It's just that if I take it apart I have zero clue how to put it back together. It's HP Envy m6 with AMD Vision A8 which is apparently a piece of crap.

Depends make your program around your schedule. Split it accordingly and do what is necessary to succeed. Also I'm sure we can help sorta since we kinda lift.

Sure. Send it over, thanks!. I have to really be careful about balance in terms of lifting because I tend to overbuild in spots. Like chest. And then I pull my shoulders forward from overbuilding and **** up my back. So I really DO need a program, I can't just go to the gym and do whatever.

I'm still team ogre, but because I can't powerlift, I feel like I'm wasting wades time. I will be back to powerlifting eventually and he told me he will still train me then. But for now, with these injuries… It's just not fun anymore and I'm very frustrated because of it. I feel like dropping weight and upping reps is where I need to be because at least I can complete that workout. Failing every day in the gym is just not motivating.

Question what do you guys and gals think of these shoes? http://www.colehaan.com/mens-shoes-zerogrand-2

They could be awesome for work since at times I'm walking around all day in dress shoes which can be painful. Also note they are not that price at Vaughan Mills they are about half price I think.

Some look alright (ones at top), black and white colorways are best. Geox also makes some affordable shoes that you can dress up and down and don't feel like ass. Maybe get some custom insoles.

You'll the black and white ones up top look decent. I cheaped out once and bought like $25 dress shoes. Pretty sure everyone thought I was taking it up the bum cause I kept walking funny.

Does that mean you can't wear those in the rain since they're basically fancy crocs

I do have custom insoles still doesn't help that I'm basically a bear on my hind legs walking around neighborhoods.

Yeah the top row ones are pretty nice I like the black and blue ones. Wish the brown ones were better. I would have to see them in person again to really know but on rainy days I can wear something else.

In for PM on this as well. I've been doing a Bro Split for 3 weeks to get back into lifting after my huge break, but I need something else.

It didn't save in my sent folder, but Fawnl would have it in her inbox.

@Fawnl, can you send the routine to Muneyy/me again?

I also just made a little spreadsheet with GZCL template that I may try.

Holding a loss tonight fam.

A buddy introduced me to two girls at the bar tonight, I was a little too buzzed so while I was talking to them I reached for a pitcher of sangria, started drinking, and kept a mouthful of ice cubes. Of course I think I can continue the conversation instead of being rational and taking my time to get rid of them, and one flies out and hits the girl on her chest. I just split right after because her friend totally booked it.

Then another buddy introduces me to the same two chicks, of course it's awkward as hell, and I introduce myself like nothing happened.

Anyways, everyone else is still out and I cabbed back to the hotel so I can lay down and rot.

Was this song playing in the background because it does for me?

I went out with two girls this weekend. Would have at least gotten some tongue action if I wasn't getting over a cold and didn't want to get them sick. I dunno about either of them though. One is alright but she's not that hot and I feel "above" her in almost every way, she's got some nice titties though so I want to smash, other is super cute but she's a single mom (at 27 years old) and slightly annoying……..but I want to smash also. I think I'm going to try to casually smash them both. Only solution.

That's the only reasonable solution.

It may be slightly easier on you but pretty much on the same tier. Vancouver and Toronto are both very expensive. Basically if you can't afford one you won't be able to afford the other. That's of course assuming you want to be in the inner city and not out on the fringes of the GTA.
