Where the heck were you a month ago? You'd be printing so much money with calls. I plan to unload mine on the day of split. Hoping for a massive 60+ point boom that day.

If you plan on playing NVDA options I'd wait for a little cool off and then buy longer dated options. Mine are for 8/20 and I'll sell em the day it splits most likely.

Find whichever fits your budget! The first time I don't remember the date exactly but I think it was around 7/20 650 call. I sold those and bought some more 8/20 800's. Was only 1.3k a piece. I'm done buying cause it's running up too damn much for me to feel comfortable buying. I think we can definitely see 750 soon tho.

The ultimate store of value. And unlike gold or cryptocurrency, you can use them for both bartering AND food when society disintegrates

Ok so I’m not trippin after all. We were on a road trip a couple weeks back and stopped at McDonald’s. We each got a meal or whatever and it was over twenty fukkin dollars.

Take me back to $.29 hamburger tuesdays and $.39 cheeseburger wednesdays

Lol @ North America's inability to develop any natural resources. Environmental groups blocking a lithium mine in Nevada where excavation was slated to begin this month

Also blocking a whack of other mines, environmentalist NIMBYism knows no bounds. Lets move all this resource development to other countries who give absolutely zero fuks about the environment, just as long as we can't see the destruction happening

Turns out this company is based in Vancouver but may as well be the same thing, 3rd world countries will soon legit be the only place we can extract anything new of value

What % of your portfolio is in oil/gas/energy companies? And how does it compare to the other sectors you're into (profit and percentage of total portfolio) ?

I made out pretty well on CVX long term maybe 5 years ago. Buying them around march last year would have been rad AF.

Haven't got back into oil because of all the weird chit going on like shutdown, EV's + any other oil / energy play I've made was mediocre at best. Tech/weed have been the biggest money makers for me, I'm cutting my telecommunications holdings in half at least very soon and moving a decent amount of cash into other sectors if any of you degenerates see good some opportunities LMK por favor.

This they're short-sighted and retarded that's a great combo.

Mining is going to happen no matter what so if they really care about the environment they would want it to happen in countries with the tightest environmental controls.

I’ve got a weird assortment of shyt.

Baba I’m down 18%
WFC up 60%
Tga- my only current oil play- up 42% despite holding like 200 shares since it was $4 a share and I already sold 1,000 shares when it hit $1.90 then rebought at $1.50. I’ve been shilling since it was in the mid 0.70s and I bought about 800 when it was 0.40 a share back in October or November. Sitting on 3,000 now and I guess my cost basis is 1.32. Makes up maybe 5% of my portfolio and everything else is tied up in various spacs lol

Glad to see you're holding WFC strong. At this point I'd consider splitting up the WFC position a bit into JPM, GS, BAC. Adds some diversification and the great thing is they all seem to be roughly in a much closer ballpark valuation wise than when WFC was getting specifically pummeled. The philosophy here would be that you took advantage of the mispricing of WFC, achieved substantial returns, and at this point I would say there is more value add to diversifying a bit into other blue chip banks with similar exposure than the potential specific upside of WFC.

Either way, when they normalize their dividend, the % on your original purchase price is gonna be insane, 6%+ yield.

Edit: The exception to this would be, I'm assuming that there is no tax liability, however it's likely a retail trade account? If so, I'd wait at least until they're long term capital gains before diversifying within banking.

Yeah I exaggerate I guess. It’s still at the highest it’s been in months, don’t understand what’s happened to make it a must buy now versus last month.

Patreon started collecting taxes on pledges in the US last year. Alabama, Texas, and Washington are collecting the most taxes from my patrons. So it's not just Maryland. I think a lot of states were pushing for it last year because they were afraid Covid was going to kill the existing tax revenue, so they broadened their reach in online "products."
