Ah you mean take 2 weeks off from work and pay thousands for a lawyer? Yeah not everyone can do that man sorry. Taking cops to court isnt gonna solve this problem. People need to take up arms against these monsters before its too late.

Defying a police officer is about as smart as blindly walking across crosswalks because cars are supposed to stop for you.

Dead right. Congrats.

Absolutely fuking agree. The people are the ones with the power not the cops. Letting them get away with this abuse day after day is a recipe for disaster.

You are implying that the officer wasn't punished.

What did the officer get away with? He's going to jail for four years.

I agree but most cops who do things like this get off scot-free. This is simply a rare case where the officer was actually punished.

Only because the Justice Department stepped in. His own dept/precinct did nothing.

You think he wont be an officer somewhere else when hes out? Trust that he will.......city/state typically will not do proper background checks.

If it was role reversal, what would the kid get for taseing the cop and wasting his ass on the concrete?

What if the cop was black and kid was white?
What if cop was white and kid was black?

Because it appears to be white on white the sentence should be lower? No justice was done this day, justice failed like every time a cop is involved with something malicious. Its a buddy system, old boys club, and its tied in with government officials too which makes it worse.

The cop prolly wouldn't of acted like a toddler/full retard mode if it was mob looking guys in that car instead of a skinny teen.

I noticed in so many videos that lots of cops act completely out of line when dealing with teens, even if the teens are respectful a lot of the time the cop still goes full retard/toddler behavior.

Glad the cop got 4 years. We cant have people like that as officers.

get the fuk out of here, this day in age in most countries the only way to deal with corruption is to stand your ground......cant take it to a kangaroo court.
Yes, fist fighting or Wrestling with a corrupt police officer is a much better choice.

Next time a cop pulls you over for a stupid reason, fight him. You'll wake up in a hospital or possibly dead. Go ahead , wrestle a cop when he violates your rights.

So it's better to get into a wrestling match with a possibly corrupt officer? Tell me, what would you do?

If someone is violating your rights you sure as hell shouldn't let them continue to violate your rights. If a criminal is violating your rights you stop them. End of story.

Alright, you be the guinea pig. You ever need to shoot and kill a police officer, do so. Whatever happens after that will decide what everyone else does.

What do you mean by stopping them? How would you go about stopping them? Raising your voice? And if they decide to grab you to slap on the cuffs, then what?

Congratulations, you beat the police officer's ass and not you have to deal with the corrupt court system

So what should we do? Should we allow these animals to stomp all over our rights? Should we let them rape our wives while we watch? Should we let them kill our children and do nothing? You seem to have the answers so share them with the rest of us.

4 years is getting away with it. What would have happened if the kid did this to the cop? He'd be facing life in prison, no question.

1. The only reason he's not getting off scot free is because of the dashcam video and the fact that the FBI got involved. His own department backed his lies and bull**** up. How many of his fellow officers blew the whistle when the department was putting out press releases and posts on social media trying to blame the kid? Zero that I know of.

2. Four years for what he did is getting away with it

You NEVER hear this sort of cop behaviour in europe and if you did there would be serious repercussions.
