You know in any other facet in life when people fail they simply think they need to reassert themselves, change paths, etc. However in this endeavor despite having to reinvent their approach to other things multiple times, there appears to be among some a tendency to just want to stagnate. Forever Alone is literal. No girls in the past, no girls in the foreseeable future. That's why it's such a negative tag, it assumes you will never, EVER have a girlfriend. Or FRIENDS for that matter.

The moment you acquire a GF or a social life you cease to be FA and can never be so again. Because you've proven you have the capacity for not being FA. Just like losing your virginity shows you can have sex. You don't suddenly become a virgin again if you don't have sex for 10 years.
