It appears that Malcom Smith is now listed as doubtful for this weekend. Which means he probably will not play. At what point do they cut their loses with him? Missed all of last year and right off the bat is hurt again at the start of the season.

Very annoying. Needed him out there with Foster being out. Coyle starting is simply not good.

Don't like Smith being injured, he may play but who knows. He better do something soon. Apparently Dekoda Watson had a hammy issue pop up today and isn't going to make the trip for this week.

We still have a chance though to win although it will be tough. Vikes have a new OC and QB and spotty OL. Rhodes isn't 100%. If our Dline can disrupt and shut the run down we may be alright. Also Shanny has had great success against Zimmer in the past so there's that. Is it Sunday yet? Fuk I'm excited. Also can't wait til Ruben is back. I think our schedule looked tougher awhile back. We should be alright opening in Minn is tough but after that I don't see any where I'm really thinking we could easily lose.

Watson going on IR. Loss to special teams but he never showed me anything to get excited about rushing the passer. Will hopefully add someone to fill in. Maybe Pita.

Really don’t like our chances tomorrow. I have faith in Kyle and Jimmy to move the chains but I just don’t know if we’re gonna be able to get the ball in the end zone enough.

The Vikings only real weakness is their offensive line and I don’t see us having the pass rush to take advantage of it. Unless Thomas turns into the #3 overall pick, it’s just going to be Buckner doing all the work. And we don’t have Foster to keep Cook in check.

sounds like Malcolm Smith might not play now either. Who do we have left at ILB? Fred, Brock, ummm…Dalvin Cook is licking his chops right now.

Not off to a great start. They need to find away to move the ball. The defense has already been on the field a lot. They will get tired and then cousins will have a field day.

Goodwin looked like a bad banged knee, not bad over time but may not return today which sucks. We moved the ball that drive need more of that and TDs. Gotta give the D a rest.

Crazy half. Huge momentum swing with Warner forcing a fumble after the defense whiffed on a bunch of tackles. Huge drive to follow and Alf fumbles at the 1. Should be 10-10 at half with us getting ball to start. 10-3 if we can tie it with a td drive to start would be major for us. Hoping Goodwin and Person are ok but don't know if either will come back today, at least neither looked terrible long term.

Offense was getting it going a bit before fumble and has to keep that up, sucks not having Goodwin as a deep threat tho. Defense needs to be more physical, miss less tackles and try and get pressure on Cousins. Sucks we don't have Foster out there. All in all we in the game. Gotta pull a W out.

Too many drops, too many missed tackles. Need Foster out there, Warner looks great which is a plus. Game should be way closer. Also our DBs need to turn their heads around on some of these passes.

It's even more frustrating when you see how long Cousins has in the pocket and his receivers making catches that should be dropped or picked off.

To many bad throws and even more drops… if we didn’t have half of those drips we could easily be in the lead.

Also doesn’t help the two right guards are injured.

Defense is playing ok. 3 sacks on the day.

So many fukin missed opportunities and plays where we shot ourselves in the foot. Got a lot to clean up, get healthy, and one more game til Foster back. Some positives to take away and the fact we were still this close in this game is a positive. Looking forward to bouncing back next week vs the Lions.

if you rly wanna nitpick, you can argue it wasnt even a neutral zone infraction. you have to actually break the plane, if the OL jumps and points at you when you dont break the plane its a false start.

either way he was stupid to even move there. EVERYONE in the stadium knew they weren't snapping the ball.

i agree. not like i rly expected us to win this game. Young team proved they were young. They played pretty well against a really good team.

They just need to make plays when they are there, cuz the opportunities dont just show up all the time. 2 goal line fumbles, dropped ints, dropped TDs, etc. That wide open Kittle drop was a 14 point swing. You could see the frustration from Jimmy, it went from a sure TD, to a pick 6 the other way.

Defense actually played well, but we rly missed Foster. Coyle is garbage. Cant wait to see a Foster Warner combo.
